Duties as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Booking in valuations and scheduling appointments
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Gaining new business
- Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Registering Applicants and attending viewings
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
- Sales progression and building relationships
- Handling property information and the advertising process
- Handling queries and meeting deadlines
- Updating systems
- Experience in property (essential)
- Experience carrying out valuations
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A driven individual with a desire to learn
- Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM’s
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong customer service skills on all levels
- Must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
