SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator /valuer to join a friendly and established, independent Estate Agency in the Helston area with OTE of £30-45,000 pa depending on the role / candidate plus benefits and mileage allowance.
Our client is looking for either an experienced Sales Negotiator or senior negotiator / valuer to join them to cover the Helston and surrounding area. They can be flexible on the role as long as the candidate has some estate agency experience. They are looking for sharp and driven individuals who would like to work for a friendly family run firm. You will have your own car and a desire to be working with the best in the Industry. You will have excellent customer service experience, be of smart appearance and be an excellent team player. This is a great firm to work for with low staff turnover.
Duties to include:
- Carrying out viewings when required and negotiating sales
- Booking and carrying out property valuations (if a valuer) within the Helston & surrounding areas
- Property take ons (if a valuer)

Basic salary of £22-28,000 with realistic earnings in the £30-45,000 range based on basic plus commission.
