Role Overview:
- Provide Senior Scrub experience for the smooth operation of the Ophthalmic theatre.
- Ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care, adhering to departmental policies and standards.
- Mentor and lead theatre team nurses, Operating Department Practitioners (ODP), and support workers.
- Support staff development, retention, and recruitment efforts.
