, A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Senior Secretary to support the senior leadership team in the West area of Mental Health & Learning Disabilities, this will include direct support to the Head of Operations and Service Delivery, Head of Nursing, Clinical Director and Clinical Operational Manager. This role will form part of a senior administrative team supporting the senior leadership team, , Main duties of the job, , The role requires high level secretarial and communications skills including diary management, email management, use of all Microsoft Office packages, the ability to assess situations, prioritise incoming information, address issues directly and escalate issues to the Management team as appropriate. You will need the ability to act on initiative and to work under pressure, to provide cover for colleagues and maintain a team working approach. An understanding of the NHS or a large complex organisation is essential., , The successful candidate will need to be flexible approach to work and needs of the service and have a sufficient experience as a PA or senior administrator.
