AddressAs the Lead for Security and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying our clients defences against cyber threats. We are in search of a candidate with a track record of crafting and executing cybersecurity measures, safeguarding confidential data, maintaining compliance and upholding adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive Cyber Security operations from start to finish.
- Lead and provide guidance to a dedicated Cyber Security team.
- Craft and execute detailed security strategies that are custom fitted to the specific requirements of our organisation.
- Establish, deploy, and maintain security protocols and guidelines, ensuring thorough documentation of Security Operations activities, security risk management frameworks, assurance activities, remediation efforts, and reporting.
- Implement stringent cybersecurity measures to safeguard against digital threats.
- Take charge of managing vulnerabilities, threat detection, and responding to critical security incidents.
- Perform consistent security evaluations and audits to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities.
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT Cyber Security experience
- Demonstrable interest, training, experience, or certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) in cyber security and associated industry best practices
- Ability to lead, make decisions, problem solve and work within and across IT and business teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt information delivery based on the target audience.
Security Technology - Recognised for deep knowledge of system architectures, understanding the implications of vulnerabilities on current and future systems, and acknowledged within the broader security industry.
