AddressRole Title: Senior Security Lead
Start Date: ASAP (3–6-month contract with with extensions likely )
Working Model: 3 days a week in the office in Reading, 2 days WFH.
Rate £550 - £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Role Profile
• Act as the technical SOC lead and lead complex security investigations.
• Support the existing SOC team in day-to-day activities.
• Act as the technical lead for Security incidents
• Work on a 24x7 rota.
Must Have Knowledge
• The candidate needs to have a working knowledge of Splunk and Microsoft security products such as MDE
• The candidate needs to have worked in a Security Operations role in the last few years and should be able to demonstrate strong technical skills.
• Experience of working in a security incident management team.
Key Skills
• Knowledge of security tools like Splunk, Microsoft security products.
• In-depth knowledge of windows and Linux operating systems
• In-depth knowledge of email security
• In-depth knowledge of network security
