SalaryA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Security Site Supervisor who will be responsible for supporting the manager in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the Security Service at this recognizable office tower comprising of 16 levels of office space and a newly redeveloped reception.
The overall team objective is to ensure the security, safety and wellbeing of the site, visitors and to protect the property of the building, its occupiers and visitors against damage or theft; in accordance with procedures as determined by the site.

Position: Senior Security Supervisor
Location: London (E1)
Salary: £15.38 per hour
Hours: 60 hours per week
Shifts: Days - Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 19:00
Job Requirements:
2 years’ Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience in the corporate sector is required.
IT and Staff Management skills required.
Willingness to learn and work with a team.
Excellent communication both written & verbal as well as customer service
Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
To have a smart appearance befitting the company
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Be calm under pressure - Have the presence to be able to defuse difficult situations.
CCTV, First Aid, Fire-warden, qualifications are desirable.
Job Role:
Supervise the team ensuring all officers are following site procedures in line with the customers’ requirements.
Maintain and update security documentation, in line with security requirements.
Oversee training requirements for the Security team.
To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is always maintained on site as required by the customers representative(s)
To ensure the highest standards of customer care are always maintained.
To build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Able to make informed decisions under pressure.
Be able to liaise with external authorities and services as required.
To ensure that all logs are maintained correctly and that all relevant reports are completed.
Monitor patrol reports to ensure the team are completing patrol in line with contract SLAs.
Maintain all security equipment/assets onsite and ensure that items are signed out and in correctly.
Responsible for all staff under their direct supervision and ensuring that all staff wear the correct uniform, appropriate personal protective equipment and are regularly briefed.
Respond accordingly to emergencies and incidents including fire/intruder alarms and assist in the evacuation of the buildings where necessary.
Provides necessary support/assistance to the Manager and customer ensuring the site is effectively managed.
Conf ident in writing incident and shift reports
Maintain a good level of morale/discipline with the team taking into consideration their welfare.
Flexible in the approach to daily duties and carry out any reasonable requests by management.
