Senior Service Advisor (28-32K)

VANRATH have partnered with Ireland's largest motorhome dealers. The client is seeking to hire a customer focused Senior Service Advisor.

Location:

Dromore, Co. Down

Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 (Highly experienced candidates may be considered at a slightly higher salary)

Requirements:

• Being the Face and first point of contact for our Service Customers
• Dealing with Face-to-face Service enquiries and dealing with email and telephone enquiries
• Providing regular and accurate progress reports to customers
• Creating and scheduling customer bookings, ensuring accurate capture of customer and vehicle information and work required
• Providing estimates for required work and fixed price jobs
• Invoicing of completed jobs and receiving payment
• Upsell of parts and accessories
• General administration

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educated to minimum of GCSE level
• Previous experience from Motortrade Service advisor or technician background or Motorhome Service Advisor or Technician background
• Have a good practical working knowledge of various IT systems
• Be able to demonstrate excellent customer handling skills
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate excellent administration skills
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
