We are currently recruiting for a Senior Service Advisor in the Norwicharea.
Our client is an Automotive  family run independent repair centre and they are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join their busy workshop.
For your hard work as a Senior Service Advisor for our Client, you can expect a salary with up to £32,000.

Duties as aSenior Service Advisor will include:

• Professionally communicate with customers about repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
• Update Customers and Vehicle Records
• Part of this Service Advisor role will include preparing and completing Invoices
• Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work

Our Client is ideally seeking Senior Service Advisors who have previous working experience within a Main Dealer environment.
To be successful in this Senior Service Advisor role you will be customer-focused and have the ability to upsell effectively.
