As the Senior Service Delivery Manager you will develop, manage and provide strategic direction of their key enterprise accounts.
You will be overseeing the smooth implementation of Service Delivery meeting best practices in order to optimize service quality. Ensuring the clients feel well advised and confident in the ability of the you and our clients products.

As the Senior Service Delivery Manager you will hold the below responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of IT and network engineers providing 24x7 service to an enterprise managed service customer
- Provide support, mentorship and guidance whilst fostering team development
- Manage and continue and continuously developing team
- Oversee onsite technical support for clients
- Act as point of escalation for customer queries (incl contract negotiations)
- Proactively manage and guide customer through their business requirements
- Monitor and analyse delivery metrics
- Drive initiatives to enhance Service Delivery processes
- Identify revenue generating opportunities
The ideal candidate for this Senior Service Delivery Manager will have the below:
- Experience working for an IT Service Provider or Managed Services Organisation, managing multiple end-user accounts is essential
- Excellent relationship builder
- Proven exposure managing contracts from negotiation to exit
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- A Technical understanding spanning IT and Network Technology
- Demonstration of building and nurturing client relationships
- Strong and confident communicator across multiple personnel internal and external
