You will have:
- Excellent IT equipment and systems troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of basic networking (IP addresses, DHCP configuration etc)
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office, web and email, especially Microsoft Teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 and Windows 11
