The role - Senior Service Engineer
Reporting to Aftercare Manager the Senior Service Engineer responds to reported defects/call outs within the Aftercare, Service & Maintenance Department, ensuring quality and customer expectations are met to the highest standard. Duties of a Service & Maintenance Engineer include (but not limited to):
Refrigeration/FGas MaintenancePlant Room Maintenance i.e., AHU/Pumps/Air Con etcBasic Electrical / plumbing maintenancePainting & DecoratingJoinery/carpentrySupervising Sub-contractor worksGeneral repair & maintenanceMaintaining strong client relationshipsAd hoc duties when required Skills/Certificates to include:
SSSTS/SMSTSCSCSFull Clean Driving LicenceAbility to Identify/resolve issues in a timely mannerBe flexible and dependableAbility to work in multifaceted working environmentsAbility to communicate efficientlyWhat's on offer?
