Position: Senior Site Engineer
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1 Year Position
Experience: Strong Civils Background Required
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site activities and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct surveys, measurements, and inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports to track project progress and compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
