Our client is a leading manufacturer in dust extraction. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator with Management responsabilities.
Role & Responsibilities:
The role wil involve overseeing the production process and maintaing high-standards of quality. The role requires you to manage the team, implement efficient material usage, and solving manufacturing issues:
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting the manufacturing
- Make sure products are manufactured in line with specifications
- Quality control and maintaining customer standards
- Control production schedules and make adjustments when deadlines require it
- Working alongsie the Design Engineers
- Training and Supervisionn of staff in Production
- Ensure staff adhere to Safety protocols and Quality standards
- Solve production issues
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Fabrication Camduct and Auto Cad LT knowldge
- You must be able to produce CAD drawings and work with them
- Knowledge of Armada press brake
- Knowledge of CNC Plasma cutters
- Use of hand tools
- Welding skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
