Our client is a leading manufacturer in dust extraction. Due to continued customer growth they are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator with Management responsabilities.

Role & Responsibilities:

The role wil involve overseeing the production process and maintaing high-standards of quality. The role requires you to manage the team, implement efficient material usage, and solving manufacturing issues:

Responsibilities:

• Managing and supporting the manufacturing
• Make sure products are manufactured in line with specifications
• Quality control and maintaining customer standards
• Control production schedules and make adjustments when deadlines require it
• Working alongsie the Design Engineers
• Training and Supervisionn of staff in Production
• Ensure staff adhere to Safety protocols and Quality standards
• Solve production issues

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Fabrication Camduct and Auto Cad LT knowldge
• You must be able to produce CAD drawings and work with them
• Knowledge of Armada press brake
• Knowledge of CNC Plasma cutters
• Use of hand tools
• Welding skills
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
