Job Title: Senior Silicon RF IC Design Engineer

Job Summary: Design market leading RFIC and Microwave components and subsystems

Primary Responsibilities:

  • T ake responsibility and ownership for the full silicon design lifecycle
  • Simulate and design IC circuits based on available device models, parameters, and design rules
  • Assist in New Product Introduction
  • Perform prototype and pre-production testing of RF & Microwave components
  • Work within a multi-disciplined project team.

Education and Skills Requirements:

  • Cadence/ADS experience
  • Good understanding of RF concepts
  • RF or Microwave Silicon IC design experience (SOI preferred)
  • Experience in some of the following areas is desirable: RF/Microwave Switch, Amplifier, Attenuator, Phase Shifter, Filter
  • Experience with EM simulation and RC extraction tools is desirable
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a global team environment
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
