Senior Site Manager

A leading national house builder are looking to recruit an Award Winning Senior Site Manager to work on a prestigious luxury housing site in Burbage,Leicestershire
The role:
As an experienced Senior Site Manager you will work on a 140 unit flagship project with houses selling up to £1.1 million each.
You day to day responsibilities will be as follows: You will have overall responsibility for running the housing development and subcontract trades and labour.
You will manage the project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program.
You will be responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Senior Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

bespoke designs and sustainable communities.95% of the homes they build are on brownfield land and a quarter of these are affordable.
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager/Project Manager in a similar house building or construction housing environment. It is essential to have an SMSTS and 1st Aid qualification, as well as a driving licence.
