• Established regional main contractor who work in the Oxfordshire, Cotswolds, Midlands regions

• Interesting range of projects bespoke High End Residential, Heritage and Commercial projects

• New build refurbishment and fit out

• They have the benefit of working with long term clients due to the quality of work and professional of the company.

• The company have been awarded a project from a key client and require an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the site delivery team.

• With plans to continue their growth in 2024 this offers an excellent opportunity for progression

Role

• No two projects are the same for this company, you will be asked to deliver a new project starting in 2024

• This could be a new Residential project, a listed building refurbishment or Commercial fit out

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will competently manage the site team and play a key role in successful delivery

• The role will be based on site with occasional meetings in Head office 

• Be aware of all costs and ensure project completes on time and within budget

• Managing programme

Person specification

• You must have successfully delivered a variety of projects from start to finish

• Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations

• Have been involved in all aspects of the build.

• Worked for a reputable main contractor.

• Degree or trade qualification

• Excellent contractual knowledge

• Programming and planning expertise

• Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
