A Senior Site Manager with experience of delivering new build industrial unit schemes is required for a challenging site in Birmingham to work underneath a Project Manager.
The project has both technical and logistical challenges and has a c.60 week build programme.
With a strong pipeline of work, the client is looking for this as permanent appointment and will also welcome candidates who are prepared to lodge away from home.
On offer for this Senior Site Manager is a basic salary guide of £60,000 - £70,000 p.a. (commensurate with your current level and experience) in addition to a benefits package.
