Responsibilities: As a Senior Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our scheme. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.
- Leading and managing a team of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety standards to create a secure working environment.
- Implementing quality control measures to meet or exceed project specifications.
- Providing regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Identifying and addressing any challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, preferably within the leisure or sports facility sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required by the project.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
