My client are an established developer whom work on large house building schemes across the UK.

They have a solid long term history of delivering units and have a long pipeline of work in around Kent for the next 15 years

You will be reporting into a Project Manager on a weekly basis and responsible for:

* Managing sub-contractors on site

* Monitoring and measuring all health and safety on site

* Working to a programme and making any adjustments when needed

* Being able to work of drawings

* Mentoring the junior site team

* Working to the companies ethics

* Tackling any obstacles with a 'can do' attitude and coming up with solutions to any problems
