About Our Client:
The client are a distinguished Tier 1 construction contractor, renowned for delivering exceptional projects across various sectors. As their recruitment partner, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee facade packages on a prestigious new build high school project in North Wales. With a project value exceeding £60 million, this opportunity offers a chance for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring its successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assume full responsibility for the successful delivery of facade packages on the high school project, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and superior quality standards.
* Lead and manage a dynamic, multidisciplinary site team, promoting a collaborative and safetyconscious work environment.
* Supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the delivery of work in line with project specifications.
* Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key project stakeholders, including the client, consultants, and suppliers.
* Monitor and report on project progress, promptly identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure the achievement of project milestones.
* Implement and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring strict compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager, with a specialized focus on facade packages, ideally within the education sector.
* Indepth understanding of construction processes, project management, and health and safety regulations.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, coupled with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Demonstrated success in delivering highvalue projects on time and within budget.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
