Senior Site Manager

The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s largest residential property developers. The company are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager for a multi-year project in greater Belfast, ideally, the candidate will have an excellent residential background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in traditional build high rise apartment blocks.

Packages around £55-65k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Extensive experience traditional build apartment blocks
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £6M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
