Our client is a main contractor operating in the high end residential sector.

They’re looking to recruit a high calibre Senior Site Manager to join them on a residential new build project in the Cambridge area.

Duties will include overseeing all areas of day to day site activity through to completion.

Their ideal candidates will already possess:

• A minimum of 10 years industry experience.
• Medium to large scale residential project experience with main contractors.
• Previous experience as Senior Site Manager, Contracts Manager, Block Manager etc.
• A trades background.
• Relevant industry qualifications

This position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis. Salary / rates are negotiable on experience.
