The ideal candidate will have exposure in management working on new build residential schemes consisting of traditional build housing.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading developer/contractor that is experiencing a boom in workload who can offer long term careers with good prospects for progression.
Qualifcation Requirments:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Full Driving Licence
- Up to date relevant knowledge of NHBC rules an regulations
- Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
