Senior Site Manager

Orchard Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a regional contractor to appoint a Senior Site or Project Manager for an ongoing development in Stoke-on-Trent.

This project is due to complete in May so the initial requirement is to ensure handover is completed in Stoke, however the successful candidate will have the option to move onto other developments in the area.

Ideally, you will have experience in care homes or other multi room schemes like hotels or student accommodation, as this is predominantly ensuring the units are handed over and signed off.

Roles & Responsibilities

• H&S
• Managing the build programme
• Client liaison
• Ensuring rooms are handed over and signed off
• Managing the Site Team
• Chairing project meetings
• Director updates
• Managing the project through to PC
