Senior Site Manager

Walker & Sloan are actively looking to resource a Senior Site Manager to join a highly sought-after, privately owned House Builder based on the outskirts of Bristol.

As the Senior Site Manager you will operationally oversee the entirety of the construction projects that you are assigned, reporting into the Project Director.

The role is primarily associated with major high rise schemes ranging in value from £20m - £60m and you will have a team of direct reports. Significant career progression is also available with this role.

On offer is a basic salary heading towards the £70,000 mark with a car allowance and additional package on top. Please note that this basic salary could stretch slightly further for the right individual.
