Our client stands as one of the UK's foremost independently owned construction companies specialising in build, residential, infrastructure, and FM services. They deliver projects across the entirety of the UK.
They are looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager to join their construction team. You'll be based on a large £65m education project in Mold, overseeing the brickwork and façades packages.
Duties to include:
* Managing the external works of a large commercial development
* Coordinating the work of subcontractors and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Liaising with the client, project directors and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget
* Monitoring progress and reporting on any issues or delays
* Ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards
