The role:
- Act as the go-to technical expert for Microsoft Sentinel/Defender
- Working very closely with clients and the sales team to scope projects and develop the service (Microsoft)
- Incident resolution: Tackle complex security issues (L3+) and ensure prompt resolutions.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Experience working within a SOC
- Strong Microsoft experience (Sentinel/Defender)
- Hold Microsoft certifications (ideally SC-100, SC-200 or AZ-500)
- Enjoys and excels working in a client-facing role
- Commercial exposure: Get more involved with the business side of things.
