Salary We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Social Worker to join our Community Long Term Teams as Senior Social Worker.
The role is ideal for Social Workers who wish to progress in their career within a supportive environment. You will be able to utilise the skills and experience you already have whilst also providing opportunities for development.
This role is perfect for Social Workers with in-depth knowledge of adult social care, best practice, legislation and adhering to relevant guidance and policies. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to prioritise, risk assess and analyse information to determine a direct course of action.
This role will include direct supervisory responsibilities and providing support and guidance to staff members. You will therefore need prior experience of coaching/mentoring/co-working/supervision or practice teaching.
You will need to be able to work autonomously and will also hold a small complex caseload and you will need to deputise for the team manager when required.
