Company Overview:

I am currently assisting a well valued client of mine located the Stafford area that are seeking to add a Senior Software Developer to their Development Team. They are dedicated to delivering smart and digital operation solutions utilising and leveraging the likes of Data Analytics, Automation and Machine learning.

Opportunity:

My client is looking to expand their team and seeking a versatile Senior Software Developer with leadership experience that specialises in C# Development to join them on a hybrid basis. You will be joining a creative and technical team of Software Developers, and this role offers a chance to contribute to their dynamic environment and grow alongside them. The vision is that this individual with be a key member of the team assisting the development of new and existing systems that has the capability to spear head and lead a team of developers.

Essential Skills:

·Proven track record and experience developing in C#

·Experience working with Web API Development and integrating RESTfulmicroservices

·Proficient development skills in JavaScript / HTML / CSS

·Adept understanding of the Agile working methodology

·Database experience with a thorough understanding and working knowledge of SQL

·The ability to lead members of the development team and mentor more junior individuals

·Proven track record interfacing at the software layer with numerous systems including the likes of database integration

Responsibilities:

·Ensuring standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and promoting agile working methodologies

·Supporting the continuous training and development of junior team members and ensuring that this is featured throughout

·Bringing a fresh approach to Software Development practices and to suggest potential improvements for existing code / solutions

·Liaise between departments to ensure a shared understanding and vision to promote cohesive working relationships

·Managing the workstream of current and future projects moving forward
