Senior Software Developer

A hugely successful financial service provider are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, well versed in a Microsoft environment with leadership capabilities. Have you got what it takes?
What experience you’ll need

• Proven experience in C# .Net in an enterprise setting, successfully delivering and leading change on complex applications.
• Enterprise experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Passion for driving a modern and inclusive culture.
• Can manage own workload whilst scheduling and allocating work to other developers.
• A growth mindset with the ability to lead, support, coach and mentor others.
• Able to communicate at all levels in an engaging and collaborative manner.

What you’ll be doing

You will be working in a technology stack which primarily includes Angular, .NET Web APIs, and SQL Databases. Leading in the development of complex technical solutions, managing your own workload and that of the developers in the team. Providing technical advice and guidance to other Software Developers, proactively and reactively. Taking responsibility for ensuring that all code meets the required standards, guidelines, and quality gates for given technologies. Encouraging close collaboration with other disciplines within the team and with dependent teams. Taking an active role on the transfer of knowledge and sharing of experiences relating to own area of technical expertise at practice level.
