Job Purpose: As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our Scrum teams, deploying multiple times a day via CI/CD pipelines to our Kubernetes clusters globally. Leveraging your expertise in event-driven, microservice-based architecture, you'll help build and support products that drive innovation and excellence. Collaborating closely with Lead Engineers, you'll translate product requirements into actionable architecture while mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empowered Development: Work in empowered Scrum teams, influencing the direction and evolution of our products.
- Hands-on Development: Take a hands-on approach to full-stack development using our tech stack including .NET, Angular, Next.js, and Azure.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, translating user stories into functional applications.
- Code Quality: Create and maintain efficient, reliable, and testable code in line with coding standards.
- Performance Excellence: Deliver systems that meet performance and quality goals, ensuring optimal user experiences.

- Perform unit testing and participate in system testing activities
- Collaborate with other Software Engineers to drive innovation and improve development processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in GitHub for version control
- Extensive knowledge of MySQL database management systems
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Experience in application development using JavaScript, Python, VBA, SQL, and .NET
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
