Senior Software Engineer

Market Leading Tech Org based in Aberdeen are looking for a skilled Full Stack .Net Developer to join their growing team - genuinely interesting project work and modern tech on offer.

They've been going over 5 years now and have signed up an impressive list of clients, they develop safety critical software used throughout the UK on a daily basis and they're really making a name for themselves.

Their current Dev team is circa 5 strong, and this is a newly created role to deal with the influx of new project work the company have received. They have big expansion plans for the next few years in mind, and are financially very stable, so it's a really exciting time to join.

You'll find yourself working on their key product, a cloud-based safety critical product that's written with .Net Core, Azure and Angular. Due to the nature of their work they have really strict guidelines and strongly adhere to best practices so are looking for someone that embodies this style of development (SOLID, TDD, Agile).

You should ideally feel comfortable across the Full Stack of Development, however they're able to help people upskill in certain areas - as they appreciate with all jobs there is a learning curve.

You'll ideally have experience with most of the following;

** .Net framework; C#, ASP.Net MVC, .Net Core, Web API

** Cloud Services (Azure, AWS or GCP)

** HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ideally Angular)

** SQL

The following experience is highly desirable;

** DevOps tooling

** Automated Testing

This role would suit a Software Developer that's looking for a really interesting technical challenge - the team have suggested if someone has a strong Mathematics background or familiar with Algorithms you'll like be a great fit.

Their offices are based just outside of central Aberdeen, but really accessible by car or public transport. You'll ideally live in a commutable distance as the team largely work onsite, but they do have some flex here.

In return, they're able to offer a salary of £40k - £60k depending on experience + benefits.
