A rapidly growing MedTech organisation based out of Edinburgh are looking for a Senior Software Engineerfor one of their core Agile squads. You'd be working on a Market leading product within a really strong technical environment - remote or hybrid working on offer!
The company have been running successfully now for over ten years and have been going through a really exciting period of growth. Over the past few years they've grown from about 40 heads to just over 100. They operate in the tech-for-good software space and are responsible for creating a very specific product which is used widely in the healthcare industry.
They're ideally looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong commercial experience using the .Net framework to join their core product focused squad. You'd find yourself working alongside roughly four Software Engineers, QA / Automation Engineer and a Tech Lead - they have really established teams and great retention rates.
They're currently making upgrades to their core platform, in both features and the technology space which includes a big move to the Cloud in 2024, improving their DevOps practices, Microservices architecture amongst many other tasks. No to mention they now work on a global scale and have really ambitious plans for the next few years - it's genuinely a really exciting time to join them.
You'll ideally have experience with most of the following;
** .Net Framework (C # / ASP.Net)
** Databases (MySQL)
** DevOps Tooling (Docker, Kubernetes etc)
** Test Driven Development
The following experience is highly desirable;
** Microservices
** Cloud Services
** Working within a product environment
The organisation place a really big importance on promoting best practices and following software fundamentals, so they'll ideally looking for someone that has worked in a similar environment. This is a great opportunity to join a really strong technical environment within a well-established but rapidly growing tech org.
Their offices are based in central Edinburgh where they accommodate both remote and hybrid working (it's totally your choice!) however, they do hope people can pop in for the big meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
In return they're able to offer a salary from £45k to £60k for this one, with a good benefits package to match.
