The firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor or Associate to join its real estate team, which is engaged in many of the most high-profile deals in the Scottish market. This dynamic role within a large team, offers the successful candidate regular client interaction.
The role provides diverse and engaging commercial property experience, including:
Serving as Scottish advisor to a range of renowned retail and leisure clients.
Representing various high-end hotel owners and operators.
Advising domestic and international private equity advisors on their Scottish investments.
Collaborating with English and international firms on cross-border deals.
Handling a full range of landlord and tenant estate management transactions, while building relationships with multiple clients and agents.
Interested candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, a keen interest in the property industry and its drivers, and a proactive approach to deepening their understanding of the sector.
