Job Details:
Salary 52,412 – 70,000 GBP per year
Requirements:
Strong understanding and experience in architecture design, modelling techniques, micro-service and API-led architecture design, event-based architecture design, and patterns, as well as public cloud technologies and design patterns.
– Ability to present to technical governance forums.
– Capability to think about wider product usage, beyond the initial implementation.
– Experience with implementing Software as a Service solutions and developing integrations to link systems together.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to develop viable solutions to address complex problems within the DWP’s internal systems.
– Ensure solutions are compliant, delivered on time, and within budget, while considering the Strategic Reference Architecture’s focus on re-use and technical debt minimization.
– Act as a “temporary subject matter expert” to understand the needs and solutions for each engagement and future projects.
– Consider both business architecture and technical architecture to ensure the solutions work effectively for the end-users.
