Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting a Senior Sous Chef on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be leading the catering team, responsible for the preparation and serving of meals to customers in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure a high level of service in accordance with health and safety regulations and good housekeeping within the department.

Shift
- This position requires a flexible approach as you will be working a variety of mixed shift patterns including breakfast shifts and weekends.
Job Role
- Responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen
- Assist with the preparation of food
- Ensure food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
- Play an active part in staff training
- Involvement with new menu items
- Ensure all food and health and safety regulations are followed
- Be fully conversant with food intolerances and allergen information and procedures.
- Involved in the monthly stock take, ensuring all invoices/delivery notes are sent to accounts.
- Working as a team to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy.
Your Skills and Experience
- Level 3 food hygiene certificate
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Well presented
- Basic Health and Safety certificates and qualifications
- Experience working within fine dining and high end restaurants
