Responsibilities within your new role as Senior Sous Chef

• Collaborating with the Head Chef to oversee the kitchen team.
• Contributing to menu development and upholding exceptional standards of preparation.
• Cultivating and guiding junior chefs in their professional growth.
• Coordinating with other departments to facilitate seamless service operations.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
