• Previous kitchen experience is required
• Supporting the Head Chef with duties and run the kitchen their absence
• Resilient, adaptable, compassionate and passionate in approach
• A positive attitude is a must!
• Have experience with working with fresh food
• Desire and attitude to learn every day and bring positive energy!
• A real passion for people with proven success of leading and developing teams
