Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, always ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps with precision and expertise.
* Tailor treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of each guest, providing personalized recommendations and advice.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa facilities according to health and safety regulations.
* Assist in the training and development of junior Spa Therapists, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Drive retail sales by promoting and recommending spa products to guests, maximizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of guest services and experiences.
* Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and payments efficiently, always demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa environment, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
* Recognized qualifications in beauty therapy and massage techniques (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC).
* Strong knowledge of skincare products and spa treatments, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
* A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning, staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the spa industry.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
