SalaryThis full-time role offers a salary of up to £40,000 per year and offers flexible shift patterns across 37.5 hours a week.
As a Senior Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that patient care standards are consistently maintained according to operational policies and procedures.
- Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and consultants.
- Acting as an advocate to more junior members of the team.
- Deputising for the Sister/ Charge Nurse and leading on clinical shifts when required.
- Providing excellent standards of individualised patient care.
The Senior Registered Nurse role comes with an attractive package:

- Registered general nurse level 1/ Diploma / BSc in Nursing studies.
- RN with valid NMC Registration.
- Mentorship Qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
- Excellent clinical applied knowledge.
- Basic workload / shift management skills.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
- 18 months post registration experience.
