Position: Senior Staff Nurse
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum (DOE)

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will oversee and lead a team of dedicated nurses and care staff, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care plans, maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice, and promoting a compassionate and supportive environment. You will also be involved a lot in the process of opening the home.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of nursing and care staff.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide mentorship and support to junior staff members.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
Proven experience in a similar senior nursing role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
