As a Senior Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and enhancing the standards of patient care consistently
- Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all Patients, Employees, and Consultants
- Deputising for the Charge Nurse and leading on clinical shifts
- Providing excellent standards of 1-to-1 care
- Advocating for safeguarding patients and demonstrating courage to speak up when there are concerns about care
- Conducting professionally within the standards and framework provided by the NMC and HCPC

The ideal Senior Staff Nurse will have:
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
- Excellent clinical applied knowledge based on national best practice standards
- 18 months post registration experience
