Are you a seasoned Staff nurse looking for a new challenge? We're on the hunt for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our client, a leading healthcare provider operating private hospitals and health services across the UK.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing the standards of patient care consistently
  • Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of all Patients, Employees, and Consultants
  • Deputising for the Charge Nurse and leading on clinical shifts
  • Providing excellent standards of 1-to-1 care
  • Advocating for safeguarding patients and demonstrating courage to speak up when there are concerns about care
  • Conducting professionally within the standards and framework provided by the NMC and HCPC

The ideal Senior Staff Nurse will have:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
  • Excellent clinical applied knowledge based on national best practice standards
  • 18 months post registration experience
