An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic experienced nurse to join our clients Oncology  team as a Senior Staff Nurse .

The successful candidate will be joining a nursing team that provides ongoing care for Oncology patients within the inpatient setting. You will be working with the wider multidisciplinary team in supporting patients throughout their cancer journey & medical needs. The role will play a vital role in delivering on expert patient care.

The successful applicant will have at least 2 years’ experience in the oncology setting, including a good knowledge of caring for patients receiving chemotherapy and supportive therapies, expert cannulation and venepuncture skills, and the ability to communicate with all members of the multidisciplinary team.

As a Senior Staff Nurse you will deliver a clinical environment that ensures our patients & visitors receive the highest standards of care.

You will contribute to the development of services and quality improvement initiatives within a collaborative framework to enhance patient experience.

Skills and Experience

• NMC Registered Nurse

• Experience in Cancer/ Chemotherapy Nursing

• Evidence of continuing professional in Cancer care

• Skilled in Phlebotomy / Cannulation/ IV administration.
