The Senior Stage Door & Security role will be running a welcoming and professional Stage Door Reception office, as well as compiling rota, holiday and sickness records for Stage Door and Foyer Security staff. They will also ensure compliance with DMT Health and Safety, Security and Covid-19 policies are followed.
This role will be the responsible person in the event of an emergency whilst theatre management are absent and might be required to work at other DMT theatres. Suitable candidates will be able to work weekends and evenings, have a good level of written and spoken English, good communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
Key skills and experience required:
- Great communicator in a customer facing environment
- Can lead and motivate a small and busy team.
- Organised
- Uses Outlook, Word and Excel to basic level
- Works well under pressure
- Comfortable with lone working
- Good problem solver
- Familiarity with Facilities Management IT systems
- Previous theatre experience
- Reception experience
