Job Description
In thia Senior Strategic Buyer - Ingredients role, you will;
- Spearhead the development and implementation of commodity strategies
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure high quality and cost-effectiveness
- Cost optimisation
- Implement risk management procedures to mitigate procurement related risks
- Enhance sustainability practices and compliance within the procurement process
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to align procurement strategies with the company's objectives
The Successful Applicant
- Degree education or related qualifications Inc. CIPS, MBA
- Demonstrable experience within commodity management in an FMCG manufacturing environment and global markets
- Exceptional strategic and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in supplier relationship management
- A solid understanding of commodity markets and retail industry trends
- Cross-functional leadership and collaborative
