We are representing an entrepreneurial Promoter in the Southwest in search of additional well-connected, transactional-led individuals who have experience in managing options and securing small to medium strategic and immediate sites.


As a Senior Strategic Land Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving these land acquisitions and leading the due diligence process.


You will be knowledgeable in mitigating risks associated with land purchases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Knowledge & Skills:

  • BSc (Hons) Degree in Land Management (or equivalent).
  • Experience in managing small teams.
  • Track record of both strategic and immediate transactions within the residential and property sector.
  • Specialist knowledge in appraisal, planning and implementation of development opportunities.
  • Awareness of the importance of Strategic Land programmes to corporate financial planning.
  • Conduct final analysis to assess the viability of potential land acquisitions.
  • Experience in negotiating land acquisition arrangements.
