Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Structural Engineering projects from concept through to completion.


• Conduct structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and methodologies.


• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.


• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimise project outcomes.


• Stay abreast of industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

• BA or MSc in Structural or Civil Engineering (or equivalent to)


• Chartered from the ICE or IStructE.


• A minimum of five years' experience with a UK design consultancy.


• Proficient in software such as Revit & Tekla Structural Designer.


• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
