Senior Structural Engineer

You should be eligible to work contiuously within the UK for a minimum  of twelve months at the time of taking up your employment.

You should have aminimu of 5 years post-masters design experienceof which should include structural design and alteration of buildings such as domectic houses and the conversion of agricultural barns dating from 1800 to the present.  You will also neeed experience in at least three of the principal building materiels: - concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.

The following are not essential, but any would be beneficial: - design  or construction experience of civil engineering works including drainage, small-scale flood prevention, service yards, retaining wealls or special foundations.

Competence in Tedds and AuitoCAD lite is essential, and experience in Tekla Structural Designer would be beneficial.

The role is porincipally oiffice based but some hybrid working may be available subject to negotiation.

You will be joining a growing team which currently has three members including the director and graduate engineer.  You will undertake site visits, meet and liaise with clients, and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.  There will be an opportunity to take on increasing responsibility in a small but developing covil and structural engineeering consulatancy based in Warwick.

We provide training for your continuing professional development, and will assist you in becoming a chartered engineer.
