The Senior Supply Chain Planner will manage the global supply planning, ensuring efficient execution of replenishment plans for >$100M annual sales revenue and >$20M inventory responsibility. Drive S&OP processes, implement strategic policies, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimise supply operations globally.
Role and responsibilities
- Support the Global S&OP strategy by owning and continuously improving the supply planning and review process. Ensuring all KPI targets are met including 99% service level for A class products, inventory target for each asset and OTIF is >90%.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives internally with the Supply Planning Team and with allocated suppliers to reduce cost, increase gross margin and ultimately improve profitability.
- Provide the Replenishment plans to global suppliers at the agreed horizon and time during the monthly planning cycle and monitor the execution of the orders and the suppliers' performance is align with the contractual agreement
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of the planning parameters and master data.
- Interact with the Demand Planners to understand and interpret the potential impact that market trends and demand driver can have on inventory and proactively adjust inventory plans to reflect those to consistently ensure the inventory levels are in line with the strategy.
- Ability to influence internal and external global stakeholders to achieve the optimal results for Mundipharma through conflict resolution and partnership.
- Ensure compliance with statutory duties, regulation and legislation.
- Experience of working in Supply planning at a global level with multiple end customers.
- Experience of developing an S&OP process maturity.
- Experience working with multiple suppliers and in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages and supply Planning Systems, SAP APO, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP, Anaplan, etc....)
- Solid understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain processes., e.g SKU and BOM set up, ERP systems knowledge
- Must have a strong GMP/GXP skillset Influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in from different stakeholders
- ERP Systems knowledge Oracle/SAP
- Formal Supply Chain qualification (e.g CIPS, APICS, CIPM or equivalent) is desirable
